Do it the Bright Way

The majority of women shy away from color when it comes to the perfect bag. They want an accessory that goes with any outfit, something they can rely on.
Now it's time to take some risks and stop playing it safe.
Today I wanted to feature one of my newest acquisitions: a hot pink, Italian leather bag. The bag was a gift to me, and when I first saw it I questioned what in the world I would wear it with. My next thought was that I was completely up to the challenge. An item like this bag is unusual, eye-catching, and surprisingly versatile. It spices up any outfit, taking the boring and turning it into fabulousness.

The simple way:

This outfit is an easy example of color blocking. Orange and pink complement each other beautifully. Sophisticated sandals and jewelry give the look grown-up edge.

This look has casual, indie flair that calls to mind the vibe of an Urban Outfitters catalog. Friendship bracelets are a creative and colorful touch that serve as a transition from the neutral outfit to the bright bag. The focus should be on the bag, so the outfit is plain but definitely not boring.
