Info Post

Express blazer, Maje dress, vintage bag, Coach heels.

I bought this blazer last summer when I was shopping with a friend. I had really wanted a blazer, and I love the way this one fits. The details are also so beautiful, reminiscent of a classic Chanel blazer.

I bought this red dress in Paris at a chain called Maje, which sells stunningly elegant and well-made garments. You can find my post about the store here.

The vintage bag is from a street fair that was held a few weeks ago nearby my house. It was a little overpriced, but I love it dearly and it's one of the most practical bags I own. It's by a brand called Frenchy of California, which no longer exists, and it was made in the 70s.

These heels were my mom's originally, but they have come to be mine now. They're probably my favorite pair of heels because they're the highest heels I own and I also love the straps. I feel so glamorous when I wear them.

This picture didn't come out so well but you can see the heels in greater detail here.

The pictures above are from a celebratory dinner that occurred Saturday night.

These next photographs are from a dinner tonight to celebrate my parents' anniversary.

The Cue dress, Welcome to Mupp clutch, bracelet by an unknown designer, We Love Colors tights, Nina heels.

This dress was the generous gift of the lovely Lashunda Hamner, who works at the store Commune Showroom. She is one of two people who design the store's line The Cue. I love the designs because they are feminine, effortlessly chic, and colorful (although this one happens to be black and white, ironically). I was so grateful to receive this kind and thoughtful present, and I was glad that I could wear it the same day I got it!

A friend of mine gave this friendship bracelet to me.

My dad bought this bracelet for me in China, while he was on a business trip. It's from a store in Wuhan.
I love my Welcome to Mupp bag dearly. My post about the store and this bag can be found here.

Calypso St. Barth cashmere hoodie.

This sweater is from a thrift store, and it's quite possibly the warmest and softest garment I own.

So, as you can probably tell, I love dressing up! I'm a huge fan of fancy dresses, so I'm always excited whenever a formal occasion comes up.

xoxo
